I have professed history at Dartmouth, helped Stanford faculty create apps, directed Apple’s education research, and published for the MIT Press. I designed games about history, science, mathematics, storytelling, executive function, and ecology. I have been advising startups and investors for over 40 years, starting with Apple and NeXT.
